I mentioned in an earlier post about IconBuffet. This got me thinking about what other free icon web sites might be out there. I found plenty that I liked

The following web sites also offer free icons. Many — not all — of them available for personal and commercial use.

• famfamfam
• IconArchive
• IconBase
• IconShock
• Sweetie

So far I still prefer the system and icon selection of IconBuffet. But some of the icons on these other sites are really amazing.

If you know of other quality free icon web sites let me know
