New guitar based additions to the photography gallery

I have uploaded quite a few new photographs to my photography gallery. And they all are guitar based. I tried to capture the details of the electric guitar though this series of macro shots.

WinStep Xtreme theme progress report

I've never used my own site to provide a progress report of a theme I'm working on but this one is really coming along nicely. I felt I had to share And if I can't promote my own work on my own web site, where can I do it!?! If you haven't read my previous journal entry yet, do so now. Stock icons. How would you use them?

I've written about some free icon web sites in the past but never really touched on other stock icon sources. A couple of sites I mentioned in my earlier article—IconBuffet and IconShock—also offer stock (not free) options, but what of those sites that focus on stock icons (whilst still offering free samples of their goods)? I decided to look into some of those sites.

Shanghai featured at WinCustomize

My Shanghai theme for WinStep has been featured in an article at WinCustomize. As one of five featured skins/themes for the month of March I'm pretty happy Just in case you've missed it, the theme is based on the Shanghai icons found free at IconBuffet.
